RetroSpace, sci-fi immersive sim, launches in October 2026

RetroSpace, developed by The Wild Gentlemen and published by Kwalee, has been given an official release date of October 1st, 2026, according to Rock Paper Shotgun.

Players control a 3D-printed clone janitor trapped aboard a space station consumed by a "sentient black hole." The game blends stealth, combat, and discopunk-style ingenuity to face off against mutant plants, animals, and the station's security systems.

RetroSpace taps into the immersive sim tradition of games like System Shock, giving players multiple approaches to solve problems. The announcement included a new trailer showcasing the game's funky arsenal and the strange enemies waiting aboard the station.
