Mafia: The Old Country gets Man of Honor expansion

According to the PlayStation Blog, the Man of Honor expansion for Mafia: The Old Country will launch in August on PlayStation 5. The expansion extends protagonist Enzo Favara's story in the early days of his service to the Torrisi crime family, letting players team up with respected mobster Ennio Salieri to settle old scores.

Beyond two new narrative chapters, the expansion includes access to exclusive jobs and extreme challenges added to Free Ride mode, alongside new collectibles and locations on the Valle Dorata map. Hangar 13 stated the content aims to strengthen the game's endgame, significantly expanding available activities following launch.

Mafia: The Old Country released in August 2025 as a single-player story-focused title. Hangar 13 previously expanded post-launch offerings with a free update that introduced Free Ride mode, enabling open-world exploration of the Sicilian setting. The Man of Honor expansion represents the next step in supporting the title with premium content.
