Lego has announced a new set dedicated to Donkey Kong, the classic arcade title that established Nintendo in the gaming industry in 1981. According to VGC, the set will retail for $200 and hit the market in August. The project, which had been previously teased, will recreate an arcade machine themed around the original game, a design that differs from some initial expectations. The set continues the partnership between Lego and Nintendo on themed products based on their iconic titles. Details regarding piece count and technical specifications have not yet been officially confirmed.
