It's official: Halo: Campaign Evolved and Beast of Reincarnation are coming to Xbox Game Pass in July 2026, according to an announcement from Xbox Wire. The remake of the 2001 classic, rebuilt from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5 by Halo Studios, stands among the month's highlights alongside the new title from Game Freak, which blends Sekiro-style action mechanics with tactical strategy gameplay.
The Xbox Wire announcement also listed additional titles arriving on the service this period, expanding the catalog for subscribers. Halo: Campaign Evolved launches on Xbox and PC through Game Pass.
In a separate move, according to Pure Xbox, Xbox Game Pass Starter Edition is now also available through Meta Horizon+, Meta's virtual reality subscription service. The tier includes over 50 games, 10 hours of cloud gaming, and Xbox Rewards access, extending Game Pass reach beyond Discord Nitro, where the program had been available since May.
