Rayman Legends Retold will feature an exclusive Astro Bot outfit available only on PlayStation 5, according to the PlayStation Blog. The costume is free and will be unlocked automatically when players first meet Victor Velour, the game's tailor and outfit customization NPC.
The collaboration brings together Ubisoft Milan, Ubisoft Montpellier, and Team Asobi, the studios behind Rayman Legends Retold and Astro Bot respectively. The outfit completes a cycle of crossovers between the two platformer franchises: Rayman made a cameo appearance in Astro Bot (2024), and now Astro Bot returns as a wearable design in the remake.
Rayman Legends Retold launches December 3 on PS5 and PS5 Pro. The game is a PlayStation exclusive and marks the franchise's return with a visual and gameplay overhaul of the 2013 classic.
