Nintendo has confirmed a dedicated Nintendo Direct for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave airing tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4, at 7am PT (10am ET), according to GameSpot. The presentation will feature approximately 20 minutes of new content about the game.
Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is the first game in the series to be developed exclusively for Switch 2. The title marks a departure from the traditional Fire Emblem formula: instead of open-field battles, combat takes place within an arena where four protagonists (Cai, Dietrich, Leda, and Theodora) compete in the Dagosian Games, a high-stakes tournament.
The game launches September 17, 2026. This Direct will provide the biggest look at the title ahead of its official release.
