Grand Theft Auto 6 will require a 210GB download on PlayStation 5, according to the PlayStation Game Size account, known for reliably sharing details about upcoming PlayStation titles. The figure was posted on X and reported by outlets including Eurogamer and GamesRadar.
For context, the size dwarfs GTA V, which is 105GB on PC. A more recent comparison is Red Dead Redemption 2, which comes in at around 150GB. GTA 6's file size reflects the scope of its open world and the volume of content in the game.
Rockstar has not officially confirmed the download size, and there is no word yet on Xbox Series X|S versions. Download and install sizes typically vary slightly between platforms. The game launches on PS5 on November 19.
