Square Enix exploring Final Fantasy XV for Nintendo Switch

Square Enix has opened the door to the possibility of bringing Final Fantasy XV to Nintendo Switch. During its most recent shareholder meeting, when asked about a potential Switch release, the company stated the idea would not be "completely impossible" from a technical standpoint and is currently "under consideration".

The response amounts to an acknowledgment of feasibility, though with no firm commitment. Square Enix has already released multiple Final Fantasy titles on Switch in recent years, establishing a pattern for bringing franchise entries to the platform.
