The Pokemon Company confirmed that the Ruler of the Skies expansion for Pokemon TCG Pocket launches on July 30 at 1am BST (July 29 at 6pm PT). According to Polygon, the set represents a major update to the mobile trading card game, debuting Mega Rayquaza ex and introducing more Mega Evolution cards.
The expansion had been teased for a July release previously, but full details about its contents were unveiled this week. Rayquaza emerges as one of the set's centerpieces, alongside other Mega Evolution Pokémon featured in the update.
Pokemon TCG Pocket, available on mobile platforms (iOS and Android), receives regular content updates with new card sets. Ruler of the Skies stands as the next major expansion arriving for players this month.
