Madden NFL 27's early access trial is now available to EA Play members, including those with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriptions, according to Xbox Wire. Players get access to 10 hours of the new title, with the option to purchase the full version while keeping their progress.
The game features the all-new Persona Engine, a system that gives each NFL athlete a distinct personality affecting their motivations and in-game reactions within Franchise mode. According to EA, the engine transforms the experience into a reactive league shaped by every decision players make.
Early access launched on August 6 at 11am PT / 2pm ET / 7pm BST. Subscribers also receive a welcome pack, 10% discount on EA digital purchases (including Madden Points), and a monthly Madden Ultimate Team pack. Progress made in the trial transfers to the full game purchase.
Madden NFL 27 is accessible via Xbox Cloud Gaming, PC Game Pass, and Ultimate with EA Play, as well as direct digital purchase across platforms.
