Abyssus, a cooperative FPS developed by DoubleMoose and published by The Arcade Crew, has launched on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X. The console release arrives alongside update 1.3, which is also rolling out to PC players with new content, gameplay improvements, and cross-platform play support.
The game combines first-person action with roguelike elements and supports cooperative matches for up to four players in an adventure set in the ocean depths. Update 1.3 marks the major addition tied to the console launch, expanding the content available during gameplay sessions.
Among the additions in version 1.3 are a new god, a new area, and fresh boss encounters. Cross-platform play support allows players on different systems (PlayStation, Xbox, and PC) to join the same cooperative session, making it easier to form groups across platforms.
