Path of Exile 2 fixes chronic technical problems

Path of Exile 2 has received fixes for two of its most frustrating technical issues since launch. According to Eurogamer, the patch resolves persistent freezes and crashes that forced complete area reloads, affecting players especially in endgame content.

Director Jonathan Rogers marked the occasion by opening a bottle of champagne, as reported by Eurogamer. The fix represents a milestone for the action RPG, which had battled these bugs since its initial version.

The game continues active development with ongoing technical improvements. Path of Exile 2 has been available in early access since 2024 across major platforms.
