Microsoft confirmed its presence at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany. According to an official announcement on Xbox Wire, the company's booth will feature 25 upcoming games and 140 gaming stations, allowing attendees to play titles before their official launch.
Highlights available for hands-on play include Fable, Gears of War: E-Day, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Minecraft Dungeons II, Metro 2039, Alien: Isolation 2, and Stranger Than Heaven. The selection spans exclusive Xbox titles, first-party games, and multiplatform releases from partner studios.
The event marks the celebration of 25 years of the Xbox brand, with interactive experiences dedicated to iconic moments, console generations, and innovations from Xbox's launch to the present. Gamescom 2026 takes place in August in Cologne and is one of the world's largest gaming events.
