Ahead of EVO 2026 in Las Vegas, the world's premier fighting game championship, 8BitDo revealed the Arcade Controller Pro, an improved version of its all-button fight pad designed for titles like Street Fighter 6 and Virtua Fighter 5. According to Adrenaline, the new model features a more compact layout with smaller buttons positioned closer together, allowing inputs to remain within natural finger reach during extended play without hand strain. The main addition is five programmable buttons, including a new P5 input that rests under the left pinky finger, enabling quick execution of special moves. Adrenaline also highlights an embedded screen as a new feature. The controller supports Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, and PC. Pre-orders begin in September, though pricing has not yet been announced. The device will be on display at 8BitDo's booth during EVO 2026.
