Kingdom Hearts Collection I~III is now officially live across all major platforms. According to Push Square and TheGamer, the collection launched simultaneously on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Switch 2, marking the broadest simultaneous release in Kingdom Hearts history.
The compilation includes every major title in the franchise, starting from the original Kingdom Hearts Final Mix in 2002 through Kingdom Hearts 3 with the ReMind epilogue. Push Square notes that the PS5 version splits trophies into three separate lists: Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts 3 + ReMind. On Nintendo's hardware, Siliconera reports the games run solidly, with handheld performance performing well on Switch 2.
A key distinction marks this launch: the Switch 2 versions are native ports, moving away from the cloud gaming approach Square Enix had previously used. According to Nintendo Life, the collection will take up collectively over 130GB on the console, split across three separate apps.
TheGamer states the collection is already receiving overwhelmingly positive reception ahead of its official release, establishing itself as the most complete and accessible way to experience the saga blending Disney worlds with action RPG gameplay.
