According to Pure Xbox, the ice hockey game NHL 27 is now available for a free 10-hour trial to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers starting September 4. The trial is part of EA Play, the gaming service included with Game Pass Ultimate membership.
Early access and the trial launch are set to begin at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST. Access to the trial is limited to Game Pass Ultimate members, distinguishing it from other Free Play Days titles that are offered to all Xbox members.
Full release of NHL 27 is expected shortly, with the trial serving as an opportunity for sports fans to experience the game before purchase. The trial availability underscores Xbox Game Pass's strategy of offering exclusive content and premium perks to its highest-tier subscribers.
