Nintendo has revealed the world map for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on Switch 2, set to launch on November 5, 2026. The game receives a complete graphical overhaul for the new console generation.
Beyond the game's release, Nintendo is preparing a special Switch 2 edition themed around 40 years of the Zelda franchise, arriving in stores on October 29, one week before the remake launches. The company will also sell different physical versions of the ocarina, including a standard Nintendo model and an electric licensed variant made by Hori.
According to Nintendo Life, the physical release strategy reflects ongoing demand for tangible game media. The full reveal of merchandise and console variants demonstrates Nintendo's commitment to a substantial launch window for one of its most iconic franchises.
