Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is officially heading to Nintendo Switch 2. Cygames and Arc System Works announced the fighting game will launch on the platform on September 17, 2026, arriving alongside the game's 2.60 update and new character DLC.
The announcement marks another significant title joining the Switch 2's launch window and early library, expanding the platform's fighting game offerings across its roster.
Developed by Arc System Works (known for the Guilty Gear franchise) in partnership with Cygames, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is based on the Granblue Fantasy mobile RPG. The game is currently available on PlayStation 5 and PC.
